How long does delivery take?
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT/BST). Orders are processed within 1 – 2 days (Monday to Friday) and transit takes 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday). Delivery to UK mainland is free on every order.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. UK mainland delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in a resaleable condition (in its original packaging where practical) for a refund, in addition to your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email info@benzow.com with your order number to start a return.
Are the sheds and pergolas weatherproof?
Yes. Our steel, resin and pressure-treated timber sheds are built for outdoor use in the UK climate, and our aluminium pergolas are powder-coated so they will not rust. The louvred pergolas shelter you from showers when the roof louvres are closed, with rainwater draining away through integrated gutters.
Do I need to assemble the products myself?
Most sheds and pergolas require assembly and arrive with instructions. Assembly needs only household tools; larger structures are easier with two people.
