Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver your Benzow order. All prices on this website include VAT and delivery to UK mainland is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods or for pre-order items, processing may take slightly longer; we will keep you informed by e-mail.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, UK mainland delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Larger structures such as sheds, pergolas and gazebos may be delivered by a pallet courier, who will usually contact you to arrange a delivery slot. Total time from order to delivery is normally 4 to 10 business days.

Delivery cost and area

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on every order, with no minimum spend. For remote, offshore or Highlands and Islands locations, please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote, as additional charges or longer transit times may apply.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can follow your delivery on our Track Your Order page or under My Account > Orders. UK parcels are sent with a tracked courier; you can track directly with Royal Mail at royalmail.com/track-your-item or with the pallet carrier named in your dispatch e-mail.

Delivery problems

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund. If a delivery window passes without an update, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
