These Terms of Service govern your use of benzow.com and any purchase you make from Benzow. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products

We take care to describe and picture our garden buildings and structures accurately, including dimensions, materials and specifications. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Assembly is required for most products and instructions are provided.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK mainland delivery is free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where we identify a material error we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Contract formation

Our display of products is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation. The order-acknowledgement e-mail is not an acceptance.

5. Title and risk

Title to the goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a secure encrypted checkout. See our Payment Policy for details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. We deliver to UK mainland addresses.

8. Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and, in addition, a voluntary 30-day return policy. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Consumer rights and warranties

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty you have a 30-day short-term right to reject them for a full refund, and thereafter the right to a repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms affects these statutory rights.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact our customer service team first so we can resolve any issue. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme or use the small claims track of the county court. 11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the benefit of their local mandatory protections and courts.
