Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days and transit takes 3 – 7 business days. Delivery to UK mainland is free on every order.

Yes. UK mainland delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund, in addition to your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email info@benzow.com with your order number to start a return.

Yes. Our resin sheds use UV-stable double-wall construction with steel-reinforced roofs, and our aluminium pergolas are powder-coated and fully waterproof when the roof is closed.

Most sheds and pergolas require assembly and arrive with instructions. Assembly needs only household tools; larger structures are easier with two people.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a secure encrypted checkout.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For remote or offshore UK locations, contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track using our Track Your Order page or your account under My Account > Orders.

Sheds are supplied lockable but a padlock is not included, so you can fit a lock that suits your security needs.
