Wholesale Policies

Benzow supplies businesses as well as home customers. If you are a landscaper, garden designer, builder, holiday park, school, housing provider or another organisation buying several items, you can request a trade quotation. This page explains how trade and bulk orders work.

Who can apply

Trade quotations are available to businesses and organisations based in the United Kingdom, for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

How to request a quotation

E-mail us with:

• your company or organisation name and, if registered, your company number;
• a contact name and phone number;
• the products and quantities you need (product names or SKUs);
• the delivery postcode and any access or timing requirements.

We aim to reply within 24 hours with a written quotation showing prices, delivery timing and how long the quotation is valid.

Pricing

Trade prices are quoted individually for each order, based on the products, quantities and delivery details. Prices on the website remain the standard retail prices; a quotation applies only to the order it was issued for.

Payment

Trade orders are paid in full before dispatch using one of our accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not offer credit accounts or payment terms.

Delivery

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. Larger or multi-item orders may be delivered by pallet courier, who will contact you to arrange a delivery slot. The expected dispatch and delivery time is confirmed in your quotation.

Returns and faulty goods

The 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies to consumers, not to business purchases. Unused trade items can be returned within 30 days by agreement, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded at no cost to you – see our Warranty & Replacement page.
