This Privacy Policy explains how Benzow (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit benzow.com or place an order. We are the data controller for the personal data we process. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

We collect information you provide when you place an order or contact us: your name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, phone number and order details. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us. We also collect limited technical data (such as IP address and browsing activity) through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, provide customer service, send transactional e-mails (such as order and dispatch confirmations), prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and, where you have consented, send marketing communications. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations and, for marketing, your consent.

Sharing your data

We share data only with parties that help us run the business, such as our payment provider, delivery carriers and IT and e-mail service providers. These parties process your data on our instructions. We never sell your personal data.
