This policy explains how you can pay for your Benzow order and how we keep your payment details secure. All prices on this website include VAT and are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Accepted payment methods

These are the only payment methods we accept. We do not accept cash on delivery, cheque or bank transfer.

Secure checkout

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card payments and digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay) are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Benzow does not store your full card details on our servers.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Prices and VAT

All prices include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay – there are no hidden fees, and UK mainland delivery is free.
